We are a global manufacturer specializing in optical inspection, measurement and automated handling equipment for front-end and back-end of Semiconductor industry processes.

In line with the business expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated candidate to fill the vacancy of Executive - IT (Based in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam).

General Responsibilities: -


• Responsible for technical support, and user training for the Netsuite ERP system or any System used in the Company.

• PowerApp Process Flow maintenance and customization.

• Netsuite Report and system customization.

• Responsible for testing the new features or enhancements for the ERP.

• Compile & analyze business requirements and objectives then work with end-users, System Specialist and Vendors to meet those objectives.

• Documenting the ERP workflows and process.

• Assist System Specialist and ERP consultant in ERP System rollout and implementation.

• Assist System Specialist in the Application configuration, data conversion and implementation.

• Analyse and recommend application and business process enhancements / improvement.

• Identifying and documenting change requests

Requirements: -

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Candidates with SQL database management and scripting are preferred.
  • Candidates with Netsuite, PowerApp, Power BI and Javascript knowledge are with added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus between internal staff and software vendors.
  • Good time management, and teamwork skills to meet the project dateline.
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
