FRONT OF HOUSE, BARISTA

We're after someone who knows how to pull a clean shot and hold a proper conversation. Someone who's quick on their feet, good with people, and isn't fazed by a line of caffeine-deprived regulars at 8AM.

You don't need to be a latte art champion (yet), but you do need to care about quality, teamwork, and getting the little things right. We'll teach you our way if you've got the attitude for it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

● Brew and serve espresso-based drinks according to SOP

● Maintain consistency, quality, and speed during busy hours

● Set up and clean coffee stations like a champ

● Engage with customers about our coffee, beans, and more

● Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return and share the experience

● Support the FOH team to ensure smooth and enjoyable service

● Keep the space tidy, calm, and caffeinated

A great cup of coffee and a great chat = satisfied guests who tell their friends (hello, new customers)

WHO YOU ARE

● Passionate about coffee (training provided if you're new)

● Friendly, focused, and ready to learn

● Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
