1. Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a network of potential candidates.
2. Payroll , Statutory and Staff Benefits:
- Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries , claims, any other payout are paid accurately and on time.
- To prepare monthly statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax and to ensure that all statutory deductions are paid by due date.
- To monitor staff leave application, records , benefits redemption and etc.
3. Culture Development:
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture aligned with company values.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
4. Performance Management:
- Execute and implement performance appraisal systems and improvement plans.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and coaching to align performance with organizational goals.
5. Employee Relations and Policy Management:
- Responsible for all Industrial Relations activities at company, including disciplinary actions, grievances, counseling, misconduct and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- To execute disciplinary actions for staff who have misconducts , or breach of company rules and policies.
5. HR Operations and Administration:
- Responsible for HR processes for entire employee life cycle and all HR documentation.
- Oversee key HR administration functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Assist in on-boarding process for new hires including induction and assimilation into the organization
- Lead general administration functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist management for the preparation of company events and meeting if necessary.
