About the role

We are an Education company seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executives to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer support and delivering a positive experience to our valued clients.

  • Sales & Enrolment: Manage enquiries, follow up with leads, assist with enrolment and waitlisting, and update student records in CRM/system.
  • Customer Service: Maintain communication with parents, follow up on new enrolments and absences, and coordinate parent-teacher meetings.
  • Special Programmes: Administer holiday programmes, sharing sessions, parent evenings, and educational item sales.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle class registers, enrolment forms, admin emails, and ensure proper filing and communication.
  • Daily Closing Duties: Secure premises, switch off all equipment, and submit accurate end-day and banking reports.
  • Student Lifecycle Management: Manage withdrawals, conduct follow-ups, and maintain accurate records and summaries.
  • Library & Centre Maintenance: Oversee book maintenance, classroom resources, first-aid supplies, and equipment upkeep.
  • Finance & Payment: Issue invoices, monitor overdue payments, collect fees, manage timesheets, and compile teacher/class records.
  • Centre Operations: Oversee re-registration, prepare timetables, manage purchases, handle postal mail, and support centre leadership.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Proficiency in English , both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
