Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Handle basic office tasks such as phone calls, emails, and document preparation
  • Assist in any related task as assigned

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Secretarial Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
