Intern - Admin / Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Assist in preparing reports, and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle basic office tasks such as phone calls, emails, and document preparation
- Assist in any related task as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Secretarial Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
