Company Background

A technology solutions provider with over 15 years of experience in workforce management and automation systems. They offer solutions such as HR management and automation systems, including attendance systems, payroll management, access control, and dormitory management solutions, serving businesses across Malaysia, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for software-related issues via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software problems (training provided)
  • Guide users step-by-step through solutions
  • Document support cases and escalate unresolved issues when needed

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Malay is a plus)
  • Positive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused attitude
  • No experience required training will be provided
  • Degree Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary Range: RM 2,000 - 2,500

Location: Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru

Working Days: Mon - Fri, 8.30AM - 6.00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
