Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion with quality and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Prepare project quotations and proposals, conduct cost analysis, prepare project budget, and ensure effective cost control and profitability.
  • Evaluate material costs, labour costs, and variations to ensure accurate cost forecasting and reporting.
  • Oversee on-site project implementation and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Manage project documentation, drawings, technical submissions, and compliance reports.
  • Lead project teams and provide training and guidance to junior staff.
  • Conduct regular project financial reporting, risk assessment, and profit margin evaluation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the fire protection industry (5 years or more is highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, installation processes, and regulatory submission procedures (e.g., BOMBA or relevant local authority).
  • Must have experience in engineering cost estimation, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Ability to prepare tender documents, cost breakdowns, and project financial reports independently.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills; experience in training new staff is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with relevant engineering certifications or professional licenses will be given priority.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
