  1. Prepare tender documents in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper document control and organization.
  2. Execute tasks such as quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BQ) preparation, material selection, tender documentation, and cost estimation.
  3. Prepare project budgets, reports, and technical documentation as required.
  4. Record all actual costs for each project, analyze the data, and compile a summary to present the results clearly.
  5. Conduct inquiries and pricing analysis for materials and machinery to ensure accurate cost estimations.
  6. Prepare relevant reports and manage necessary paperwork for the team & administrative Support
  7. Perform tasks as requested by the Manager, ensuring timely and professional execution.
  8. This role is fully office-based, with no site visits or client meetings required. The responsibilities are approximately 80% focused on technical documentation and 20% on research-related tasks
  9. Experience in demolition work, steel work, and geotechnical work is preferred.
  10. 3 to 8 years of working experience preferred — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  11. Immediate start preferred.
  12. Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; alternate half-day on Saturdays.
  13. Office location: KLCC area.
