  1. Develop and implement strategic public relations and marketing communications plans to enhance the brand image and reputation of hotel.

  2. Create compelling content for press releases, media pitches, articles, postings on social media platforms, and other communication channels to effectively promote the hotel's offerings, achievements, events, and initiatives.

  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.

  4. To maximize media coverage and secure positive publicity opportunities.

  5. Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, interview requests, and crisis communications.

  6. Timely and accurate responses.

  7. Develop and maintain a comprehensive media database, including relevant contacts and outlets, to facilitate.

  8. Targeted and effective media outreach.

  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to align public relations efforts with overall marketing strategies.

  10. Campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice across all communication channels.

  11. Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide regular reports and analysis on public relations and marketing communication activities, including key metrics and KPIs.

  12. Plan and execute press conferences, media events, and familiarization tours, coordinating logistics, invitations.

  13. Media kits to maximize media attendance and coverage.

  14. Oversee the hotel's social media presence, including content creation, community management, and engagement strategies across various platforms, to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

  15. Manage and supervise a team of public relations and marketing communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional growth and the successful execution of departmental objectives.

  16. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in public relations and marketing communications, and identify opportunities to incorporate innovative approaches into the hotel's communication strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM8,500.00 per month
