Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily and weekly cash flows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and financing needs.
  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations including fund transfers, loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments.
  • Oversee banking facilities such as Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and other treasury instruments.
  • Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring alignment with business operations.
  • Optimize utilization of surplus funds through short-term investments, balancing liquidity and returns.
  • Ensure timely compliance with loan covenants, internal treasury policies, and all regulatory/reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (company secretary, auditors, lawyers) on treasury and compliance matters.
  • Review the full set of management accounts for Thailand subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide financial analysis and variance reviews to support group consolidation and management reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in treasury operations or corporate finance.
  • Corporate finance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounting: 2 years (Required)
  • Experience with SAP Finance & Controlling is an advantage.
  • Prior involvement in regional or subsidiary account reviews is a plus.
  • Strong command of English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
