Job Description

  • Conducting daily field visits to engage with customers, strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities while driving sales performance through target achievement, customer retention, new business development and effective execution of marketing initiatives to maximize the sales potential.
  • Promoting and detailing company products to pharmacists and healthcare assistants, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the products and positioning the brands as preferred choice.
  • Collecting and analyzing market intelligence, including data on market trends, customer needs, market challenges and competition.
  • Providing timely and professional response to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with various departments and external parties to ensure smooth execution of activities and initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least SPM, diploma or bachelor's degree (with minimum of one year experience in the related field)
  • Related certificates are added advantages
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required Skill(s): Communication skills, Problem solving skills, Reporting skills and Computer literate
  • Willing to travel & possess own transport
  • Team player
  • Customer Service Orientation
  • Proactive to learn new things and able to work independently
