Key Responsibilities :

  1. Responsible for the procurement of construction materials, machinery parts & equipment at best price & quality for the projects.
  2. Responsible to negotiate & establish terms of trading with the suppliers.
  3. Responsible for monitoring of delivery of goods to job sites when necessary.
  4. Responsible for shipping by air /sea.
  5. Responsible to establish & monitor monthly purchasing report, compliances with purchasing policy.
  6. Perform other duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements :

  1. Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. 2-3 years experience, preferably with purchasing experience of construction materials, machinery parts & equipment.
  3. Familiar with AutoCount system will be an added advantage.
  4. Willing to learn & be a good team player.
  5. Possess positive attitude and good discipline.
  6. Location: Section 19, PJ.
