Operation Manager Clinic / Assistant Operation Manager Clinic

Location: Klinik Hazra Medic Kota Warisan, Sepang, Selangor

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operation Manager Clinic / Assistant Operation Manager Clinic to oversee the daily operations of our GP clinic. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience in a professional healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and facility upkeep
  • Develop and implement clinic operational policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and propose improvement strategies
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient experience, strengthen client relationships, and build long-term loyalty.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance clinic visibility
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members in service excellence and product knowledge
  • Conduct staff evaluations and manage performance to maintain a positive work culture
  • Work closely with management to develop and execute effective business strategies that support growth and performance goals.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for services, partnerships, and community engagement to expand the clinic's presence.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist doctors and clinic assistant during procedures when required

Requirements

  • Female candidates with a professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree or Experience by
  • At least 3 years of experience in GP clinic
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Power Point) and customer management systems
  • Result-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of GP healthcare setting will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM6,000.00 per month
