Job Scope
- Provide administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, and maintaining client records.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and simple reconciliations.
- Prepare and organize documents for audit, tax, and statutory submissions.
- Liaise with clients for document collection and submission.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on client documents.
- Support the team with reporting, document preparation, and internal compliance.
- Support the accounting team with simple admin tasks
- Organize and file documents (physical & digital)
- Provide support during monthly or yearly closing
- Handle general office administration such as stationery, courier, and other ad-hoc duties.
Requirement
- Min. SPM / Diploma in Business, Admin, or Accounting
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Added advantage if you know SQL Accounting Software.
- Added advantage if you speak and write well in Mandarin.
