Job description:

  • Handle inbound calls and emails related to flight inquiries.
  • Assist customers with flight ticket bookings, amendments, and refund requests.
  • Provide accurate information and support to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • 24/7 rotational shift basis
  • 5 working days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service to clients in the travel industry.
  • Serve as the first point of contact to resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • Handle inbound calls, including urgent or sensitive matters, with professionalism.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed.
  • Respond to customer emails with clear, accurate, and empathetic communication.
  • Research solutions and resolve issues using available resources.
  • Mediate between users when necessary.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy.
  • Work independently to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements:

  • Open to working on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management and a proactive mindset to exceed performance expectations.
  • Excellent communication, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
  • Tech-savvy, able to navigate multiple systems, and quick to learn new tools.
  • Proficient in Mandarin with basic English skills, to effectively support our diverse customer base and stakeholders.
