1)    Production Management

· Plan, organize and control daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.

· Oversee all production lines (3in1, canning, carbonated and premix sugar) to ensure smooth operation.

· Ensure production schedules are met in coordination with planning and maintenance teams.

· Manage manpower allocation, shift scheduling and overtime requirements.

· Monitor line performance (OEE, downtime, wastage) and implement corrective actions.

2)    Quality, Safety & Compliance

· Ensure all production processes comply with Halal, GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Management System requirements.

· Conduct regular audits, inspections, and ensure housekeeping standards (5S) are maintained.

· Work closely with QAQC to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.

· Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all safety procedures and regulations.

3)    Process Improvement

· Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

· Implement continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).

· Lead initiatives to reduce product waste, rework and machine downtime.

· Collaborate with R&D teams for process enhancement or new product introduction.

4)    Team Leadership

· Lead, motivate and develop production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.

· Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and ensure staff competency.

· Promote teamwork and good communication across departments.

· Build a positive working culture focusing on efficiency, quality and accountability.

5)    Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare and present production reports (output, yield, wastage, efficiency, downtime)

· Monitor and control production costs and budgets.

· Ensure all documentation, records, and reports comply with audit requirements.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in food production with at least 3 years in managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Good understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP. HALAL, ISO22000).
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple production lines (3in1 beverage, canning, carbonated drink and premix sugar process).
  • Experience in canning will be more advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience using AutoCount Systems is an added advantage.
  • Committed to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (e.g 5S, Lean, Kaizen) is preferred.
