Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain hotel management systems (HMS) and ensure stable integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Monitor and manage all IT infrastructure, network systems, data backups, and cybersecurity compliance.
  • Provide daily technical support to hotel operations, ensuring minimal downtime and fast issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate IT team on new technology initiatives, upgrades, and compliance standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, system maintenance schedules, and service-level agreements.
  • Train and support end users on IT systems, ensuring proper understanding and usage of technology tools.
  • Lead documentation of IT assets, licenses, SOPs, and ensure accurate records for audits and reporting.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
  • Strong understanding of HMS systems, networking, server maintenance, and cybersecurity.
  • Proactive, analytical, and hands-on with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
