Assistant IT Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain hotel management systems (HMS) and ensure stable integrations with third-party platforms.
- Monitor and manage all IT infrastructure, network systems, data backups, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Provide daily technical support to hotel operations, ensuring minimal downtime and fast issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the Corporate IT team on new technology initiatives, upgrades, and compliance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, system maintenance schedules, and service-level agreements.
- Train and support end users on IT systems, ensuring proper understanding and usage of technology tools.
- Lead documentation of IT assets, licenses, SOPs, and ensure accurate records for audits and reporting.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
- Strong understanding of HMS systems, networking, server maintenance, and cybersecurity.
- Proactive, analytical, and hands-on with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
