HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Perai

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support organizational development, employee engagement, HR analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with business leaders to strengthen culture, optimize HR processes, and support strategic people-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Monitor and report HR KPIs, analyze people data, and recommend improvements.
  • Drive culture and engagement initiatives that align with company values.
  • Improve HR processes, tools, and practices through continuous improvement and automation.
  • Support HR projects from planning to execution and collaborate across HR functions.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and support company events and safety programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Around 7 years of HR experience, preferably as a Generalist or HRBP.
  • Experience in employee engagement, culture-building, or change management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
