  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions.
  • Manage and organize a full range of administrative duties including documentation, filing, record management and correspondence.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls and inquiries in Mandarin and English professionally.

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery and equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and administrative standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on administrative requests and tasks across different entities to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation flow within the organization and subsidiaries.
  • Continuously identify areas for administrative improvement and suggest efficient solutions.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English in both written and spoken are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Responsible, reliable and detail oriented with a positive working attitude.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.
