1.0 Job Responsibilities
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Greeting and directing visitors to office, answering phone inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges。
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes。
- Checking and monitoring with Cleaner for daily cleaning job to ensure hygiene meets standard requirements.
- Recording, stock in/out, arranging & distribution of ESD PPE, e.g.: Smock, Shoes, Locker, keys, vehicle sticker for employee, visitors and VIP, visitors batch.
- Recording, update stock, raise purchase request of stationery or any others office related material & arrange distribution of stationery to requested departments.
- Arranging of rubbish bin disposal and selling recycle items.
- Submission payment advice on Administrative monthly services items, such as cleaning service, security, wifi, house rental and etc.
- Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs。
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assign by the immediate Superior as & when required.
2.0 Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clerical position or similar role.
- Good behaviour and time-management skills.
- Minimum STPM / Diploma.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin speaker is an added advantage (liaison with China counterpart).
