Fianance Executive

1. 全盘账目处理 (Full Set of Accounts)

• 负责包栈公司账目的日常记录与维护(GL)。

Responsible for the daily recording and maintenance of the company's accounts (GL).

• 编制月度、季度和年度财务报表,确保符合会计准则。

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

2. 应收账款 (AR) Accounts Receivable (AR)

• 跟进分行收款进度,确保收款及时。

Monitor and follow up on branch collection progress to ensure timely payment.

-对账、开票、跟进催收。

Perform reconciliation, invoicing, and collection follow-ups.

• 管理并监控 AR Aging Report,定期提交给管理层。

Manage and monitor the AR Aging Report and submit it to management on a regular basis.

3. 财务分析 Financial Analysis

• 协助准备内部管理报告,如销售分析、毛利分析等。

Assist in preparing internal management reports such as sales analysis and gross profit analysis.

-与集团财务经理对接,提供所需财务数据和支持。

Liaise with the Group Finance Manager to provide necessary financial data and support.

4.应付账款 (AP)

• 处理供应商发票、费用报销、租金等付款。

Handle supplier invoices, expense reimbursements, rental payments, and other disbursements.

• 核对供应商账单,保持应付账款账龄的准确性。

Verify supplier statements to ensure the accuracy of the AP aging report.

• 准备月度付款计划,提交管理层审批。

Prepare the monthly payment schedule and submit it for management approval.

5.现金流报告 Cash Flow Reporting

• 编制月度现金流量表,汇报现金收支情况。

Prepare monthly cash flow statements and report cash inflows and outflows.

• 跟集团财务对接,确保包栈现金流与集团现金池数据一致。

Coordinate with Group Finance to ensure alignment between the company's cash flow and the group's cash pool data.

6.支持性工作 Supporting Tasks

• 协助内部与外部审计(AP、现金部分)。

Assist in internal and external audits (AP and cash-related areas).

-提供费用和现金流的分析,支持财务决策。

Provide expense and cash flow analysis to support financial decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• At least 1 years of experience in accounting or finance field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g: SAP, Autocount) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
