Requirement:


• Education at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent


• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.


• Required language(s): Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are essential. Good command of written and spoken English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.


• Ability to work independently and stay organized.


• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:


• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the superior/manager and other departments as needed.


• Handle daily administrative tasks, including paperwork, data organization, and record-keeping using Excel.


• Efficiently manage various documents, records and data, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.


• Perform other related duties as required by the superior or management.
