  • Ensure all project complete within the specific time frame and quality requirements.
  • Manage project from initial stage to final plan preparation including survey calculations, analysis and final checking of drawings.
  • Lead, coordinate and monitor the progress of all aspects Land surveying activities.
  • Resolve engineering and site-related issues for development projects involving surveying works.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure all details are accurately incorporated into drawings and deliverables.
  • Facilitate progress meetings and produce project reports.
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • Manage contractual matters including costing, fee estimates and billing.
  • Liase with relevant Authorities for necessary application and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate meetings and requirement with subcontractor, clients and other relevant government agencies.
  • Work closely with draughtsman and surveyors to ensure plans are per job specifications/client's request.
  • Fully participate in tender bidding and technical matters relating such cost calculation, estimation, and compilation of technical documents.
  • Maintain proper document control and ensure adherence to Standard of procedure (ISO 9001:2015).
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.
  • Able to go site and willing to travel outstation when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors's Degree/professional Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in Land surveying firm is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required skill(s): ZWCAD & AUTOCAD and Ms Office (esp. Ms Excel)
  • Preferably Managers specializing Land Matters and Engineering Survey in Land Surveying firm.
  • Having experience in solving engineering site matters.
  • Independent and can lead to handle development project related to surveying.
  • Familiar with submission to relevant Authorities and/or National code.
  • Have Knowledge and experience in Engineering Survey (UUDS, Laser Scanning & GIS) and project management.
  • Have established network with local Authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of land regulatory requirements.
  • Possess strong communication & negotiation skills and meticulous to details.
  • Adapt easily to new tasks and strong prolem -solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure/overtime to meet deadlines.
  • Efficient, accurate and precise work.
  • Responsible and highly committed towards his/her assignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
