Channel Business Development Lead

- Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen Samsung's market share and premium positioning across Samsung Elite Partner (SEP) channels.
- Identify, recruit, and develop new and existing SEP partners to ensure optimal channel coverage and performance.
- Drive business development and sales execution to achieve channel targets.
- Strengthen sell-out performance through collaborative work with regional sales teams and the field force.
- Support category development and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Plan and execute retail marketing activities to drive foot traffic and enhance customer experience at brand shops.
- Coordinate and implement regional and national brand shop promotions.
- Develop CRM programs and value-added initiatives in collaboration with financial and commercial partners.
- Ensure consistent retail excellence through effective display and POP material management.
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of brand shop facilities, fixtures, and retail assets, including mock-up units, display stands, and premiums.
- Liaise with Customer Service (CS) to plan service center appointments and improve customer experience.
- Lead Samsung Experience Store (SES) execution to strengthen brand visibility and in-store standards.
- Monitor store performance and optimize retail execution to support business goals.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 10–15 years of experience in retail/channel/national sales within the Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries.
- Proven leadership experience in channel management and business development.
- Strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends in consumer electronics.
- Experience in AV/HA (Audio Visual/ Home Appliances) sales is a plus.
- A results-driven team player capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
