We're seeking a Workday Integration Lead to join a global consulting team on an exciting 12-month contract based onsite in Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact HR technology solutions for a leading multinational organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday integrations using PECI, PICOF, and API-based solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders including business teams, product owners, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify and report any challenges or delivery blockers to leadership and proactively seek resolution.
  • Serve as the technical architect for Workday integration requirements and contribute to solution design, including topics such as single sign-on (SSO).
  • Operate effectively within an Agile delivery environment, driving best practices and collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Workday integration development, including PECI, PICOF, and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work within complex environments.
  • Prior experience in an Agile or Scrum framework is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
