What You'll Be Doing

• Perform in-process and final colour, appearance, and ash content checks for resin raw material.

• Verify product quality against customer specifications and technical requirements.

• Approve colour and appearance before products are released for delivery.

• Detect abnormalities in colour or quality and report findings for fast corrective action—  especially during customer quality complaints.

• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in colour matching for resin formulations.

• Support smooth operations by practising strong 5S and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by your superior.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in colour matching/colour checking, preferably in resin, plastic, chemical, coating, or related manufacturing.
• Candidates with QA/QC backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Willing to work shift hours and overtime when required.
• Must not be colour blind.
• Fresh graduates are welcome—training will be provided.
