Position : UIUX Designer

Salary : up to RM 7,500

Location : KL ECO City, Kuala Lumpur

Key Responsibilities

Discover & Define

  • Conduct user research through interviews, heuristic reviews, and competitor audits.
  • Translate business objectives and compliance needs into clear user journeys, use cases, and edge cases.

Design

  • Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
  • Design clean, responsive UIs for dashboards, onboarding/KYC, invoicing, wallets, and transaction flows.
  • Write concise UX copy and craft micro-interactions, error states, and empty states that inspire user trust.

Validate & Iterate

  • Run usability testing, A/B experiments, and accessibility reviews (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Use analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to gather insights and continuously improve designs.

Ship & Scale

  • Collaborate with PMs, CTO, and developers to define MVPs, finalize design specs, and support handoff.
  • Build and maintain a scalable Design System (tokens, components, patterns) for web and mobile platforms.
  • Participate in QA to ensure visual and interaction quality.

Compliance by Design

  • Integrate AML/KYC, PCI-DSS, and privacy best practices into all user flows and design decisions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or HCI/Interaction Design.
  • 4–7 years of end-to-end product design experience (B2B/B2C products).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing complex user flows, dashboards, or financial product design.
  • Proficient in Figma (auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping) and FigJam/Miro.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, UX writing, and interaction design fundamentals.
  • Comfortable designing for data-heavy interfaces (tables, states, filters, pagination, real-time updates).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff principles (tokens, grids, breakpoints).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
