1.1 General

  • Responsible to guide QC inspector for Incoming & Outgoing Inspection

  • To provide training to all the QC inspector in order enhance their skill and technique

  • To perform all quality judgement on the incoming / outgoing parts.

  • To perform and verfiy all quality system on the all QMS Requirement

  • To perform and verfiy all quality system and quality product follow customer Requirement

  • To assist QA Manager in maintaining inspection report.

  • To liase with all the customers on their complaint and provide the quality feedback to supplier and customer.

  • To report to immediate superior on the daily quality status.

  • To coordinate with the relevent parties concerned on the investigation of root causes and the evaluation on the corrective action taken when custmer complaint

  • To provide general supervision on the quality system and procedure to the subordinates.

  • To perform in line patrol on the quality aspect and application of the " 5 s " concept .

  • To ensure finished goods for delivery are in accordance to delivery instructions and prior to goods leaving the premise.

  • To study and recommend solution on product quality problem.Quality control on the outgoing or incoming product are to maintained or improved at all time by effective controlling, consistent follow up on the quality improvement programmes.

-To carry out any other duties delegated when assigned by superior or the Management from time to time.

1.2 Liaison with other Departments

  • To coordinate with the other department on documentation.

1.3 Work Environment

  • To ensure the work place is clean and tidy at all times and to adhere to all the Company's rules and regulations.

Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma in Quality Assurance Management / Engineering or others related field

  • Minimum 2 years in related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
