QAQC Assistant

Purpose of the Position

The QA/QC Assistant responsible in providing administrative support, in-line monitoring, and quality control checks to ensure it is consistent with the Company's Policy requirement , CREAM, CERTBUILD or ISO standard and the customers specifications.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assisting QAQC Engineer and QAQC Officer to monitor quality of material (sand, aggregate, cement, water, and etc.)
• Files records related Daily Curing  Record
• To register all Daily Curing Record
• Prepare weekly internal testing (sieve test, silt test, etc)
• Compile result for records related quality material record
• To prepare all related reports for QAQC matters
• Inventory for tools and instrument fitness and to record and monitoring all the tools and equipment
• Assisting QAQC Engineer and QAQC Officer to monitor quality of material (sand, aggregate, cement, water, and etc.)
• Files records related Daily Curing  Record
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time
• to carry out- ad hoc instructions given by Engineer/ Head of Department of QAQC

Requirement

Education & Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in concrete or construction industry is an added advantage

Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of quality control concepts (sieve test, curing process, etc.)
• Familiar with QAQC documentation and test record-keeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to understand technical data and materials specifications
• Knowledge of standards (CREAM, CERTBUILD, ISO 9001) is a plus

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Willing to work in plant or site environments
• Good teamwork with proactive attitude

Other:

• Possess own transport and willing to travel (if required)
• Physically fit to handle basic testing/laboratory tasks
