Demand Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Inside Sales and buyers to fulfill sales orders for trading products. Raise purchase requisition against SO, follow up on ship dates, communicate to Inside Sales, manage direct shipments from sub-contractors to customers, perform shipment transactions in MRP. Monitor demand vs supply status of critical materials in sub-contractor and raise purchase requisition in time. 
• Assist Global Demand Planning Manager in running the monthly S&OP from end to end.  
• Perform virtual receipt and shipment transactions for buy & sell materials for global consign hub. 
• Review, analyze and track E&O at sub-con on monthly basis with Purchasing and Factory Planning. Consolidate disposition proposal and obtain management's approval. 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above 
• Min four years in production or material planning, inventory analysis. S&OP working experience is a plus
• Good understanding of demand planning process and material planning process
• Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel
• Strong knowledge of MRP data structure
• Details oriented. Ensure data accuracy. Commitment to schedule.
