Responsibility and duties:

Business Development Manager roll for on-trade is responsible for developing business, distribution network in a sustainable way. Together with marketing accelerate sales and activate customers. The role supports increasing brand awareness, drive velocity, distribution, trade education objectives.

Educate & Inspire :

l  Serve as the face of a premium quality innovative Syrup brand.

l  Support execute on and off-premise trainings.

l  Collaborate with local team and distributor partners to drive sales, in market account planning, activation planning and KPI delivery.

l  Distributor, Activation Specialists and local team 'work withs'.

l  Recruitment for key brand trade and consumer events.

l  Create and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders; local trade community, distributor partners, influencers and local partners.

l  Assist in driving sales and distribution.

Engage & Influence :

l  Establish key strategic partnerships on a local level that resonate with the brand consumer engagement platform.

l  Host strategic partnership events on a quarterly basis.

l  Support and engage with the Drinks portfolio on experiential events.

l  Support and engage with Beverage Mixologist advocacy education programs.

l  Establish a network of key trade partners and brand advocates.

l  Become a market expert.

Be Curious :

l  Have willing to innovate in the Flavor Syrup catagory along with on trent techniques.

l  Work closely with Brand team to create new and exciting drinks ideas for the Innins portfolio.

Administrative :

l  Budget and expense management.

l  Weekly pre-plans and monthly recaps.

l  Quarterly business review recaps.

l  Reporting on a daily basis.

l  Staff training reporting.

l  Competitive activity reporting.

l  Social media presence.

Desired Characteristics :

l  Strong voice – able to relay, effectively, information and points of view in a persuasive manner, building consensus across constituencies. Excellent written and spoken communication.

l  Fiscally minded – able to manage, track and forecast funding needs to the benefit of the business.

l  Sales minded – able to sell and leverage the Flavored Syrup Drinks portfolio.

l  Digital Savvy – understands the importance of social media and able to leverage within the on-premise universe and has a large social network.

l  Commercially minded – able to work collaboratively with all commercial partners, and to ensure ongoing communication.

l  Team oriented – able to work collaboratively and within company style across a variety of teams, personalities and situations to ensure consistency of programming and belief in concept.

Objectives in Qualitative terms

1.     Participate in the formulation of sales strategy, specific sales plan and sales forecast.

2.     Organize and manage sales team to achieve sales target.

3.     Control the balanced development of sales budget, sales cost, sales scope and sales target.

4.     Recruit, train, motivate, assess subordinates, and assist subordinates to fulfill their task targets.

5.     Collect all kinds of market information, and timely feedback to the higher authorities and other relevant departments.

6.     Participate in the formulation and improvement of sales policies, norms and systems, so that they can continuously adapt to the development of the market.

7.     Develop relationship with distributors and relations with key accounts.

8.     Assist in the formulation of enterprise product and enterprise brand promotion plan, and supervise the implementation.

9.     Properly handle customer complaints and receive customers' visits.

10.   Draft distributor annual contract and KPI rebate, support sales delivery target

11.   Monthly report of the month.

12.   Update & List of KA & Distributor with Sales & Marketing team.
