Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with a passion for modern workplace solutions, automation, and digital transformation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot),Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, etc.) and Azure (Azure AI Foundry, Fabric, etc.).

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Job Description:

  • To deliver Microsoft 365 suite of services process as defined
  • Assist customers of 365 suite of services with configuration of service with OnBoarding tools and processes technology
  • Assist Microsoft 365 suite of services customers to adopt and increase active user of all entitled workloads using Microsoft 365 suite of services adoption guidance and methodology
  • Develop, foster and maintain effective customer relationships while driving positive customer satisfaction
  • Plan and execute all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of Power Platform across multiple projects
  • Maintain knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of services, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Power Platform, required tools and products consistently as more features are rolled out
  • This is a technical role

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in computer science, information technology or related discipline
  • Knowledge in Microsoft 365 suite of products and services
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Power Apps, Automate, Copilot and Power BI
  • Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels
  • Fast learner and familiar with computer-based learning
  • High-potential entry level with no prior technical experience but with teaching background may apply
  • Work in Puchong, Selangor or Bayan Lepas, Penang
  • Microsoft Certification on MS, PL, AI and AZ series will be advantage for job application
  • Fresh Graduate will be consider.
