Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
  • Coordinate manpower planning and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and probationary evaluation processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance feedback sessions.
  • Organize internal and external training programs to enhance workforce capability.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Handle for HRDF (advantage if experienced).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Around 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of labor law, payroll procedures, and HR best practices.
  • Understand Mandarin, and expert in communication in English is highly preferable, in order to have smooth conversation with internal team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRDF.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Salary Range: Up to RM9k
