Senior HR Officer

Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Coordinate manpower planning and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and probationary evaluation processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance feedback sessions.
- Organize internal and external training programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Handle for HRDF (advantage if experienced).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Around 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of labor law, payroll procedures, and HR best practices.
- Understand Mandarin, and expert in communication in English is highly preferable, in order to have smooth conversation with internal team.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRDF.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

- Salary Range: Up to RM9k
