Program Executive
, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs that empower people and transform communities. This role works closely with partners, beneficiaries, and internal teams to ensure effective delivery, documentation, and reporting of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Implementation & Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of approved programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities, schedules, and logistics for smooth implementation.
  • Monitor progress, ensure timely reporting, and conduct site visits for feedback.
  • Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve outcomes.

2. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

  • Liaise with partners, community organizations, and beneficiaries.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops.
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure project alignment and expectations.

3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning

  • Assist in data collection, project tracking, and documentation of results.
  • Update monitoring trackers, compile success stories, and support post-project evaluations.

4. Administrative & Financial Support

  • Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate project files and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination or humanitarian/development work, ideally within the non-profit, CSR, or social impact sector.
  • Good understanding of program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about community development and aligned with the organization's mission and values.
