Customer Service Executive

You will play an important role in:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM(Pass) and above.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – TRAINING Provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest and another 30 minutes of break.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
