Job Description

We require a dedicated and inspired educator who believes in making learning a fun, meaningful and memorable experience for learners. A full-time Mathematics teacher at PlayHub is required to work 5 days a week, including 1 weekend (Full-Time).

Career Requirements

  • A for Mathematics in SPM, IGCSE or equivalent
  • Open to innovative methods of teaching
  • Flexible and patient in guiding learners from ages 3 to 12
  • Willing to work on 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Both fresh graduates & experienced educators are welcomed to apply

Tasks

Teachers at PlayHub are expected to:

  • Learn and teach the PlayHub Maths Boardgames programme
  • Teach Kindergarten and Primary level Maths (SJKC or International school syllabus)
  • Model a fun and engaging approach to teaching
  • Prioritise understanding of concepts, rather than memorisation / drilling
  • Handle up to 4 students in a class
  • Work together with other teachers to support students learning
  • Work closely with management to update and discuss students' progress
