Job Description

Aldex Trading is hiring a Sales Executive (Scrap/Waste Plastic) in Selangor. This is a field-based sales role focused on cold calling and door-to-door marketing to recyclers in Selangor, Penang, and Johor.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell scrap/waste plastic materials to recyclers through cold calls and on-site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and service.
  • Identify potential buyers, generate new leads, and close sales.
  • Provide market feedback and assist management in developing sales strategies.
  • Manage daily activities and achieve weekly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Preferably experienced in B2B sales or the recycling industry.
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door visits.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive.
  • Possess own transport (petrol expenses covered).
