About the role

MummyRQ Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented and engaging Live Host to join our dynamic team in Sungai Petani, Kedah. As a Live Host, you will be responsible for delivering exciting and interactive live streams that promote our range of products to our growing audience. This is a contract position with the opportunity to showcase your skills and potentially lead to a long-term role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Hosting engaging and informative live streams to showcase our products and interact with customers
  2. Developing and delivering compelling content that drives audience engagement and sales
  3. Collaborating with the marketing team to align on campaign objectives and messaging
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing audience questions and concerns in real-time
  5. Analysing live stream performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the live stream experience

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a live host or presenter, with a track record of delivering engaging and successful live streams
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to captivate and interact with an audience
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase and promote our range of offerings
  4. Proven ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing situations, and provide excellent customer service
  5. Familiarity with live streaming platforms and tools, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  6. Creativity and the ability to develop innovative live stream content ideas
  7. Excellent time management and multitasking skills to seamlessly manage live stream operations
