Job Description:

• Monitoring and inspecting all promotion setup (price changes, voucher creation, etc) on Marketplace Platform - QA approver in SynOps for all eshop tasks.
• Monitor and inspect all promo setups and submissions according to client requirements.
• Monitor client platform's store content (title, descriptions, attributes, etc.) as per client specifications. Proposing measures to correct or improve the process and setup to ensures 100% accuracy as per brief
• To check for accuracy of eShop setting are according to client's brand standards and guidelines. Constantly audit report data to ensure internal stakeholder follows correct processes.

Skills and experience:

• Prior experience with Quality Specialist role in eCommerce or marketplace platform is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, people-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in ambiguity in a matrix environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment with a demonstrated track record.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Business Knowledge & Client Interaction:

• Understanding of the Ecommerce domain (Lazada, Shopee, D2C, etc.)
• Interacts with the stakeholders in a professional way.
• Can deal with last-minute changes and issues and pressure situations.
• Requires timely decision making always – most problems being resolved via own initiative and solutions or through reapplication of skills/ideas from others.
• Liaise and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service results and developments are understood.
• Ability to work with virtual teams.

Pay: RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
