Title: IT Helpdesk Analyst (Japanese Speaker)

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hour: Rotational Shift (8 Hours/day)

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the first remote point of contact for IT-related inquiries, incidents, and service requests from Japanese-speaking end users through various communication channels.
  • Provide technical support to the end-users in both Japanese and English, ensuring clear, accurate, and professional communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues remotely, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Record and track all incidents and service requests in the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely updates, resolution, and closure.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles in Japanese and English.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with information security, data privacy, and IT governance policies.
  • Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by the company.
