We are looking for a
dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive
to join our team at
Serai Hall
, a new premium event space under the Serai Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for
bringing in new clients
, building strong relationships, and driving event sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, approach, and secure
    new clients
    for weddings, corporate events, private functions, and celebrations.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and networking.
  • Develop customized event proposals and quotations that align with clients' needs and budgets.
  • Conduct venue tours and presentations to potential clients.
  • Follow up consistently to
    convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Event Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4
    years' experience
    in Sales (preferably in
    F&B, Events, or Hospitality
    ).
  • Proven success in generating new business and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, outgoing, and passionate about building client relationships.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
