1. Driving and Transportation ( MUST HAVE GDL LICENSE )

  • Safely drive the employer (and family members or guests, if required) to various destinations — including work, meetings, appointments, school, or social events.
  • Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrival and avoid traffic or road delays.
  • Be familiar with local roads, shortcuts, and traffic regulations.
  • Provide door-to-door service and assist with entering/exiting the vehicle.

2. Vehicle Maintenance and Upkeep

  • Ensure the vehicle is always clean (interior and exterior).
  • Conduct routine checks — fuel, oil, tire pressure, battery, lights, and brakes.
  • Arrange for regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs when needed.
  • Keep vehicle registration, insurance, and road tax up to date.

3. Safety and Security

  • Drive responsibly and follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Ensure passengers' safety at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality about the employer's personal and professional activities.
  • Stay alert and handle unexpected situations calmly (e.g., traffic jams, emergencies).

4. Scheduling and Coordination

  • Manage the daily driving schedule as per the employer's instructions.
  • Coordinate with personal assistants, family members, or office staff for itinerary updates.
  • Keep track of appointments, pick-up and drop-off times.

5. Errands and Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Run errands such as picking up parcels, groceries, or documents when requested.
  • Drop off or collect items for the employer (e.g., laundry, deliveries).
  • Occasionally assist with airport transfers, school runs, or outstation trips.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
