Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. Based on-site at our Kuching branch, the role involves assisting customers with day-to-day banking needs, processing transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Service Officer will support banking operations, provide insightful financial guidance, participate in training programs, and contribute to achieving sales and organizational goals. This role requires a solutions-oriented individual who can manage customer inquiries efficiently and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide effective assistance and build positive client relationships.
  • Foundational knowledge and skills in areas of Finance and Sales to support financial transactions, advising, and achieving branch targets.
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs to enhance understanding of banking products and processes.
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage.
  • Possession of a diploma, degree, or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
