About the role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Azle Reno. As a Junior Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating beautiful and functional living and working spaces that inspire our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop innovative interior design concepts and solutions
  • Coordinate with the Customer Service and Operations teams to maintain consistency between design intent and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of design presentations, mood boards, and sketches to showcase design ideas
  • 3D design work will be developed only when specifically requested by the client or project lead.
  • 3D render production is limited and carried out only when deemed essential.
  • Conduct site visits and measure spaces to gather necessary information for design projects
  • Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and finishes to bring designs to life
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate their feedback into the design process
  • Support the implementation and installation of design projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards

What we're looking for

  • A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an interior design or architecture firm, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and visually appealing designs
  • Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and sustainable interior spaces
