Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Beverage Supervisor located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily beverage operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and maintain high levels of customer service. Additionally, this role includes training staff, managing the beverage inventory, assisting with menu creation, and leading a team to provide exceptional beverage experiences for guests.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Food Safety standards
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Team Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
