REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma / Degree in any field
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Required Language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English
· Able work under tight deadline & high stress tolerance.
· Applicants must be willing to work at Taman Puncak Jalil
Responsibilities:
· Reply incoming inquiries through email being print out and circulate.
· Preparing the necessary fees for tender and quotation collection.
· Coordinate with Contract Executive and Managing Director on tender/quotation.
· Provide propose rate for each tender and quotation review
· Ensuring all tender and quotation to be completed 2 days earlier before the due date.
· Preparing site visit request form to confirm the site condition.
· Ensuring all tender and quotation form and required document prepared 1 day before the submission date and submission by email shall be sent before 5pm of submission days.
· Preparing tender and quotation replied letter based on the draft and information provided.
· Ensuring replied letter to be submitted on time by hand.
· Review LOA/PO/WO received and prepare the reply letter along with the required documents within 7 days upon receipt.
· Prepare and fill up the transfer form for Contract Department to transfer opening file to the Project Department. The transfer form must contain all important information captured during tendering stage.
· To make sure Variation Order File (VO) file is being updated and follow all the variation order submission. (Contract Executive Handling)
· To keep track and follow up for the unsuccessful tender / quotation submission with tender bond or tender deposit or documentation fees.
· To make sure the "Open file without LA" list is updated and to follow up to retrieve the official LOA/PO/WO from the client/ consultant/ main contractor. (Contract Executive Handling)
· To open file after quotation successful and awarded.
· To request for payment to purchase Performance Bond, Contract Documentation Fees, Stamping and others. (When project awarded)
· To prepare all the tender/project information for the tender interview and when its done to be documented.
· To do filing as per the date 10th of every month(7th In-One file) & normal filing system daily.
· Ad-hoc tasks and unseen tasks from management from time to time.
· Any others duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
