- Develop and write CNC programs using SolidCAM.
- Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate correct part dimension for machines, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
- Verify CNC programs by conducting simulations and making adjustments to optimize the production process.
- Work closely with machinists and production staff to implement new and optimized programs.
- Troubleshoot and revise existing programs to enhance efficiency or to accommodate changes in production requirements.
- Maintain documentation for setup instructions and quality requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in CNC programming and SolidCAM advancements.
- Assist in training others on CNC operation and programming as needed.
- Calculate/estimate and verify machine time.
- Supervise operations.
- Run CNC when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
