Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Enquiries/Purchase Order/Contracts for Tunnel HVAC-related products.
  • Provide quotations, negotiate terms, and manage projects in line with company guidelines.
  • Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
  • Assist in preparing technical submissions and specification compliance documents.
  • Develop production plans and project-specific quality plans.
  • Organize and conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and produce related reports.
  • Address design parameters and engineering problems, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Maintain and update Supplier Document Registers (SDR) and prepare document submissions.
  • Produce systems assurance and reliability data, and complete customer equipment data sheets.
  • Liaise with production and purchasing departments to ensure timely project progress.
  • Handle customer expediting visits and technical, commercial, and progress inquiries.
  • Manage project cost control and implement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase contract value and improve profit margins.
  • Execute other duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HVAC sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
