Job Responsibilities

1) Monitor and track daily stock movements, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

2) Support all procurement-related activities, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.

3) Coordinate closely with project sites to ensure materials are delivered according to schedule.

4) Liaise with logistics partners, government agencies, and other external parties to facilitate smooth procurement and delivery operations.

5) Maintain proper documentation and ensure all procurement and logistics records are updated and compliant.

6) Assist in improving procurement processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

1) Minimum qualification: SPM, STPM, or Diploma in a related field.

2) At least 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a related function.

3) Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

4) Familiarity working with logistics service providers and government departments is an added advantage.

5) Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

6) Performance bonus will be provided based on work performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
