What You'll Do

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Deploy
    AI-powered content strategies
    including automated blog posting and SEO optimization to drive passive lead generation
  • Execute targeted
    Search & Social Media Marketing (SEM/SMM)
    campaigns to maximize visibility
  • Plan and coordinate strategic events, webinars, and industry activations to capture active leads
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence

Sales Execution

  • Manage the
    end-to-end sales cycle
    from qualification to close for NetSuite solutions
  • Leverage AI-enhanced CRM and sales engagement tools to personalize customer interactions
  • Orchestrate multi-touch sales campaigns with data-driven insights
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

Strategic Impact

  • Contribute to positioning Hypernix as the go-to NetSuite partner in the region
  • Test, implement, and optimize emerging AI tools for competitive advantage
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to refine strategies

What Makes You Stand Out

Essential:

  • 3+ years
    in B2B sales and marketing (enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP preferred)
  • Proven track record in
    lead generation and deal closure
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
    (SEO, SEM, content marketing, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can engage C-suite executives with confidence
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Genuine curiosity about
    AI tools
    and their application in sales/marketing workflows

Preferred:

  • Experience with or knowledge of
    Oracle NetSuite or ERP systems
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, AI-SDR tools)
  • Experience organizing corporate events or thought leadership initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
